Printing & Paper Options

We offer high-quality plan printing for A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, and extended A-series sizes. Choose between folded or rolled finishes for professional plans.

We exclusively accept PDF files for printing to ensure that all plans are reproduced accurately and maintain their intended formatting and design integrity. This standard guarantees consistent, high-quality results.

We produce all A0, A1, A2, A3, and A4 plans on either 80gsm uncoated paper or our durable, waterproof Aquaplan paper. Our printing services are optimised for CAD line work and construction drawings. Please note that full-colour posters are not supported and will not be processed.

No. Aquaplans are delivered rolled.

By default, we print all drawings at 100% scale onto the paper size you select. If you would like to enlarge or reduce a print to your selected paper size, select the ‘scale to fit’ option when ordering.

Other than our Aquaplan, no. We specialize in colour and monochrome CAD paper prints only.

We do not provide printing services for full-colour posters or banners. Our focus is on CAD and line drawings, ensuring high-quality prints for technical and design purposes. If you require low-cost full-colour poster printing or banner production, we recommend visiting budgetbanner.co.uk.

We provide Aquaplans, which is a waterproof plan printing service—so there’s no need to laminate paper plans. Use our upload tool and select waterproof to add them to your order.

Ordering & Adjustments

All plans are either rolled or folded, securely packaged, and dispatched via your chosen delivery method.

No. We are an online service-based company providing B2B and B2C services.

If you spot an error or would like to make a change to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@clickpost.co.uk. Include your order number, and we will do everything we can to assist.

We do not currently offer binding. However, if you have a specific need, please email us at support@clickpost.co.uk.

There is no minimum order size or value.

Delivery & Timings

We typically turn around your prints the same day before 3pm. However, we advise up to 24 hours for processing, plus your selected delivery time. If you choose Priority delivery and place your order before 3pm, it will be dispatched that same day with next day pre-1pm delivery. Orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday, or after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

Priority: Delivery the next day before 1pm (on orders placed Monday–Friday before 3pm).
Express: Delivery typically the next day; however, allow 1–2 days.
Economy: Delivery within 2–5 days.

Orders placed before 3pm with Priority Delivery selected will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery before 1pm. Orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday, or after 3pm will be sent the next working day.

We partner with DX Delivery and Royal Mail for order deliveries. The chosen courier depends on the order type, size, and destination. We reserve the right to use any courier at our discretion to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

We deliver to all of the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

You should receive tracking details directly from the courier once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received any tracking information, please email support@clickpost.co.uk with your order number to request an update.

Costs & Payment

We offer Priority, Express, and Economy delivery options. To find out more about cost, click here.

We accept payments through a payment provider called Stripe. You can pay using a debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Stripe ensures that all transactions are encrypted and secure.

Additional Info & Policies

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email a PDF copy of your invoice/receipt to the individual who placed the order. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.

Our head offices are in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Although we are an online company, we’re available five days a week to answer any of your queries.
